This page documents changes to our Privacy Policyand Terms of Service. We update it whenever we make a change so you can see exactly what changed and when.

Material changes include a new category or purpose of data processing, a new service provider processing new data, a longer retention period, reduced user rights, an optional feature requiring new consent, or pricing and material paid-tier changes under the Terms. They receive at least 30 days’ advance notice. On or after the stated effective date, the app requires acceptance of a material version before continued use.Non-material changes include clarifications, formatting, added user rights, and shorter retention periods; they are logged here and do not trigger the app’s acceptance gate.

Privacy Policy

Version 1.0 — effective 2026-03-30 (initial baseline)

Initial published baseline of the Privacy Policy. It establishes the local-first privacy model — your financial data is stored on your device or in your browser; only end-to-end-encrypted copies leave for Cloud Sync (plus any support message you choose to send). It also covers identifier-free usage telemetry, service providers, website cookie and consent handling, and your data-subject rights.

Terms of Service

Version 1.0 — effective 2026-03-30 (initial baseline)

Initial published baseline of the Terms of Service and End User License Agreement. It establishes the service description, license grant and tiers, subscription and refund terms, user responsibilities (including your responsibility to keep your own backups), privacy references, limitation of liability, and governing law.
