What happens to my data if I cancel Pro?
Your data stays on your device. You simply drop back to the Free tier at the end of your billing cycle. No data is ever deleted.
Is there a refund policy?
Yes. Full refund within 14 days of your initial purchase, no questions asked. Renewal charges are non-refundable.
Do you offer team or family plans?
Not currently. Pro licenses are individual. Each license supports up to 2 device activations.
Does Bank Sync cost extra?
Bank Sync connects through SimpleFIN Bridge, an independent privacy-focused bank connector. You'll need both an Acclo IQ Pro subscription and a SimpleFIN subscription ($1.50/mo or $15/yr, paid separately to SimpleFIN). We chose SimpleFIN because they don't store your bank credentials or sell your data.
