Before You Submit a Request

Because Acclo IQ is local-first, your financial records live on your device. We process limited data through third-party service providers for specific features, including:

  • License activation — device fingerprint and license key (Keygen.sh)
  • Payment — email, name, address, payment method (Polar.sh)
  • Email delivery — email address for license key delivery (Resend)
  • Anonymous telemetry — identifier-free, bucketed usage counts, opt-out (PostHog)
  • Feedback — the message you choose to send, via our feedback service

Your financial data (transactions, budgets, rules, etc.) is stored on your device. Acclo IQ runs no server that stores your financial records, so we hold no copy of them. Some features do use the network: optional Bank Sync and Cloud Sync move data through providers you connect yourself (SimpleFIN, your own cloud storage); if you send feedback or a support request, the message you write (and any detail you choose to include) reaches us through our feedback service; and identifier-free, bucketed telemetry runs unless you switch it off.
